At Station House, creating a welcoming, inclusive, and connected community has always been at the heart of what we do. Today, we are proud to share an important milestone in that commitment: Station House has officially achieved Rainbow Registered accreditation.
Rainbow Registered is Canada's national accreditation program that recognizes businesses and organizations that meet rigorous standards for inclusion and safety for 2SLGBTQI+ customers, employees, and communities. This designation demonstrates a commitment to fostering environments where everyone feels respected, valued, and welcome.
Receiving this accreditation is a meaningful achievement for our team. The process required thoughtful evaluation, education, and action to ensure our policies, practices, and resident experience align with the highest standards of inclusivity. While accreditation is an important milestone, it is also part of our ongoing commitment to building a community where diversity is celebrated and everyone can feel at home.
At Station House, we believe that great communities are built on belonging. We are proud to join a growing network of organizations across Canada that are leading with inclusion and helping create safer, more welcoming spaces for 2SLGBTQI+ individuals.
We would like to thank the Rainbow Registered team for their guidance throughout the accreditation process and for the important work they do in advancing equity and inclusion across Canada.
As we continue to welcome residents to Station House, we remain committed to fostering an environment where every individual can live, connect, and thrive as their authentic self.
